We offer a standard 11 month lease for the school year and a limited number of 9 month leases (please call for details).   We require one month's rent as a security deposit due at lease signing.  Rates are total per unit.

2 persons - 11 month: $2,800 - $2,900 per month

3-4 persons (Shared Bedrooms) - 11 month: $3,700 per month

2 persons - 11 month: $3,100 per month

3-4 persons (Shared Bedrooms) - 11 month: $3,900 per month
